Went to Pokhara for the New Year and had a great time. Highlights included 6 species of vulture, Long-billed and Scaly Thrush, White-tailed Robin, White-browed Shortwing, Maroon Oriole and Spiny Babbler. Read all about it here on my blog or download the report from Surfbirds

Good stuff Mark! I read your bird report without really understanding the bird side of things - but Tereza and I went to Pokhara during our honeymoon, so it was great to be reminded of the place. We've got some lovely pictures from the lake, although the mountain was shrouded in mist when we went. Trust you to spend half you time sitting by the dump, and watching sewage pools. :-)
